The most common Bowie Levitt-built home is the Cape Cod. With a classic, angled roof, you can’t miss these quaint little houses. The standard build includes 4-bedrooms with a 1-2 car garage and may have an addition, if added later. Cape cods tend to have front porches giving them a bit more architectural character. Gutter boards can be plumb to support gutters and triangle at end of the porch rebuilt.

Complete exterior renovation. New roof installed using 50 year Architectural shingles by Owens Corning Duration in color: Slatestone Grey. New vinyl siding on the front of this house is installed using Cedar Impressions 7in Shake, Straight Edge Perfection in color: Spruce. Trim and gutters Snow White. To make the job more affordable, we installed CertainTeed Mainstreet Double 5in Clapboard, vinyl siding around the back and sides of the house.
