COUNTRY CLUBBER HOME ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT

Country Clubbers are the largest of all the Bowie Levitt homes. This dormer renovation increases the size and light in the upstairs bedroom. Country Clubbers are built with a flat, low slope dormer on the back where roll roofing is normally used. At SNAP, we use the lifetime, architectural shingles by Owens Corning with ice and water shield extending the longevity of the roof from 10 years to 50 years.

PROJECT DETAILS

Installed Owens Corning Duration 50 year, Architectural Shingles with patented SureNail technology in the stand-out color: Summer Harvest. Added shingled ridge vents to properly ventilate the attic. We replaced the old chimney flashing with custom, copper flashing because soldered joints are better than caulked aluminum. The low slope on the back edition also received lifetime, architectural 50 year shingles over ice and water shield and aluminum drip edge, allowing it to last 5x longer.
