The old 3-tab shingles used on most roofs had a 70mph wind rating and only a 20 year lifespan. The new 50 year Architectural shingles have a 130mph wind rating and cost as little as $200-300 more for an entire roof. We almost exclusively install architectural roofs because of their superior durability and lifetime warranties.
Our standard roof package includes:
- 50 year Architectural shingles by Owens Corning, GAF, or CertainTeed
- Synthetic underlayment (Stronger than tar paper)
- Shingled Ridge Vents (in place of attic fans)
- Ice and water shield
- Aluminum drip edge
Most roofs are started and completed the same day!
